A Flower Left Alone
The Tulip Martini began during a late-night walk in the rain, when a bed of tulips appeared with water running down their petals. For a moment, the flower felt like something that could be lifted, held, and sipped from. That small fantasy became the seed of the object.
The Shape of Seduction
The martini carries romance, elegance, and seduction. The tulip carries unconditional love. We wanted the glass and the flower to blossom as one object, turning the familiar martini silhouette into something softer, more intimate, and more alive.
Reflection and Transparency
The chrome-plated petal reflects the drinker in passing glances, familiar but fleeting. The crystal glass nearly disappears into the liquid itself, allowing reflection and transparency to hold tension together while the stem tapers into the base like a tulip emerging from the soil.
Romance as Method
The concept is offered only in even-numbered sets: 2, 4, and 6. Because seduction, by nature, requires both a seducer and a seduced. The object becomes less about a single glass and more about the ritual it creates between two people.
